The Millers Point Community Resident Action Group first formed as The Rocks Residents Action Group in the early 1970’s under the leadership of Nita McCrae to fight the proposed demolition of The Rocks by the NSW State Government and the retention of public and affordable housing in the area.

The Millers Point Community Resident Action Group is developing a survey to help us respond to the Heritage Council of NSW’s community consultation process on the review of “ways to conserve the heritage values of the properties within this historic precinct for current and future generations while providing modern amenity”.
